Rules & Guidelines for Earning Referral Commissions

American Energy, LLC (referred to herein as the “Company”) is committed to helping you maximize your earning potential through our VIP Referral Program. Below are the simple rules and requirements to qualify for referral commissions:

Referral Commission Requirements

1. Minimum Purchase

To qualify for a referral commission, your referral must purchase at least 8 windows.

2. Referral Timeframe

The purchase must be made within 90 days of submitting the official referral form. (Each form submission is automatically date-stamped.)

3. Service Area

Referral properties must be located within the Company’s service area—typically within 45 minutes of Charlotte, NC in any direction.

If you’re unable to submit the form online, call our office and a team member will assist in completing it on your behalf.

Important Notes & Policies

• One VIP Payout Per Referral

Only one VIP member will be credited and paid per qualifying referral.

• Personal Purchases Not Eligible for Commission

VIPs do not earn referral commissions on their own home projects, as they already receive exclusive upfront discounts.

• No Double-Dipping

Referral commissions cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, discounts, or offers from the Company.

• Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a dispute regarding who submitted a referral, American Energy Windows has sole discretion to determine the rightful referrer. Using the official form protects your claim.

• Program Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Program at any time, with or without notice. Any qualified referrals submitted prior to program changes will be honored.

• Enrollment Eligibility

The Company may refuse enrollment or continued participation in the program at its sole discretion, if it determines such participation is not in its best interest.
